The battery screen turns off automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity to save power. This is normal and does not mean the battery is faulty.
To wake the screen, briefly press the power button on the top of the battery.
If the screen still does not light up, please provide:
a short video confirming that the device is powered on and showing you tapping the screen
