If your Swim Jet X is not charging, please first confirm that the charger is properly plugged in and that there is no abnormal noise or flashing red light.
After confirming the charger is normal, if the battery lights up but the battery level does not increase, please try:
1. Fully discharge the power box
If the power box still has remaining battery, run the Swim Jet X until it stops completely. If the power box is already fully discharged, you can skip this step.
2. Try charging again
Once the power box is fully discharged, connect it to the charger and try charging again.
