Troubleshooting Tips:
1. Robot Battery Indicator Light does NOT light up
a. If the charger LED indicator light is ON:
Restart the robot and try charging again.
b. If the charger LED indicator light is OFF:
Make sure the charger is firmly connected to both the wall outlet and the robot charging port.
2. Robot Battery Indicator Light ON, but the battery level does not increase
a. Restart the robot and leave the charger connected continuously for about 2 hours, then check whether the battery level begins increasing afterward.
3. Robot Battery Indicator Light ON, battery immediately shows full after plugging in:
a. Restart the robot, as this may help resolve temporary system glitches.
b. Temperature may be too low and could trigger battery protection mode. Please move the robot indoors to an environment above 10°C (50°F) for about 30 minutes, then try charging again.
4. Robot Battery Indicator shows fully charged, but the App displays less than 100% battery
a. Remove the robot from the app and pair it again.
b. Check for firmware updates and install the latest version if available.
If the issue continues, please provide:
1. A short video showing the Robot Battery Indicator behavior while connected to the charger
2. If the charger has an LED indicator light, please also provide a photo showing the LED status while charging
