Due to its low chassis design, the robot may occasionally get caught on a pool drain cover and may not be able to free itself automatically.
You can check for OTA updates in the app to ensure you are using the latest performance optimization for your pool conditions.
In some cases, the suction from the pool drain may also pull the robot toward the drain and affect its cleaning performance. To reduce this risk, we recommend closing the pool drain while the robot is operating so the suction effect is minimized and the cleaner can work as intended.
If the issue frequently happens and you have already closed the pool drain, please provide:
1. A photo or short video showing the robot’s behavior
2. A clear image of your pool drain cover
