This behavior can be caused when your pool has slopes, irregular shapes, or obstacles—causing deviations from the ideal S‑shaped path. In such cases, the unit may keep cleaning over the same area, especially in complex layouts.
Troubleshooting tips:
1. You can check for OTA updates in the app to improve compatibility with your pool.
2. We recommend using Full Coverage mode to allow the robot to better adapt to the pool environment. If wall cleaning is needed, you can run Wall mode separately.
3. Check whether the filter, tracks, roller brushes, and impeller are clean and free of debris.
