After entering the water, the machine will remain stationary for approximately 30 seconds to adapt to the pool environment before beginning to clean in an S-shaped or N-shaped path.
If your pool is not a standard rectangle but a free-form shape (such as kidney-shaped, circular, or irregular), it will affect the machine's cleaning path. However, this will not affect the overall cleaning coverage.
Troubleshooting:
- Please check if your firmware version is up to date. Updating the firmware helps the machine better adapt to the pool environment.
- Check if the machine is displaying any error codes, and verify that the filter, roller brushes, tracks, and impeller are clean.
- Restart the robot using the rotary power switch located at the bottom of the unit. Run it again to see if the running path returns to normal.
If the path remains chaotic, please collect the following information:
- A photo of the cleaner's control panel before placing it into the pool
- Video of the machine's cleaning path
- A clear photo showing the overall layout of your pool
- SN (Serial Number)
- IoT ID (Virtual ID)
- A screenshot showing the firmware version
