Before placing the robot in the pool, please manually select the desired cleaning mode:
If operating the robot via the control panel:
Select the desired cleaning mode, press the Power button to start the robot, and then place it into the pool.
If operating the robot via the App:
Select the desired cleaning mode, tap “Start Running” to start the robot, and then place it into the pool.
Please place the robot into the water within 3 minutes after starting it. Otherwise, the robot will enter sleep mode.
After being placed in the pool, the robot will not begin cleaning immediately. It may take approximately 10–30 seconds to adapt to the pool environment before starting operation.
Troubleshooting:
- Check whether the robot displays any error codes.
- Check whether the filter, roller brushes, tracks, and impeller are clean and free of debris.
- Restart the robot using the rotary power switch located at the bottom of the unit. Run it again to check whether it still fails to move.
If the issue persists, please collect the following information:
- SN (Serial Number)
- Virtual ID
- A screenshot showing the firmware version
- A photo of the robot's settings panel before placing it into the pool
- Did this issue occur during the first use, or did it appear after the robot had been used for some time?
- Does the issue occur in a specific area of the pool?
- A clear photo showing the overall layout of the pool
