Troubleshooting Tips:
1. Make sure the Jet is connected to the battery.
The battery indicator may red and the buzzer may beep periodically when the battery is powered on but is not properly connected to the Jet unit.
a. Turn off the device.
b. Connect the Jet to the battery using the connection cable.
c. Turn the device back on.
2. Make sure the Jet is placed in water before operation. The device has a dry-run protection function. If the Jet is powered on but not placed in water, it may trigger the error after approximately 1 minute.
3. Check the connectors and ports for water or moisture.
Water remaining inside the connectors or ports may affect communication between the battery and the Jet. If any, dry the connectors thoroughly before reconnecting.
