Please carefully follow the pairing instruction article and video guide:

1. The Swim Jet X cannot pair with APP or wifi while it's charging. Please unplug the charger and then start the pairing.
2. Cannot find the nearby device during searching
a. Make sure you downloaded the iGarden App. Some customers mistakenly download the iGarden Robotics App, which is not compatible with the Swim Jet X.
b. Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone.
c. Enter pairing mode:
For P60 battery models
Turn on the device and make sure the battery display is light on.
Hold the Speed and Timer buttons. The Wi-Fi icon on the screen should start flashing, then you can operate on the phone.
For P30/P15/P10 battery models
Turn on the device and make sure the battery light is light on.
Hold the Speed and Power buttons.
The green indicator light should start flashing, then you can operate on the phone.
3. Pairing fails or cannot be connected
a. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz.
If your router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz under the same Wi-Fi name, try temporarily creating a separate 2.4GHz network or use a 2.4GHz mobile hotspot for pairing.
b. Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable during pairing.
c. Make sure the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly.
d. Restarting the robot may also help resolve temporary pairing issues.
You may try pairing 2-3 times. If the issue still persists, please provide:
1. A screenshot of the pairing failure page
2. A screenshot of your phone’s Wi-Fi settings page showing a 2.4GHz network, with Bluetooth and Location Services enabled
3. A video which shows the pairing steps
