Troubleshooting Tips
Check where the floating occurs:
1. First confirm whether the floating happens on a flat pool floor or in a shallow-to-deep transition / sloped area.
2. If it happens on a flat surface:
If the cleaner briefly floats and then stabilizes and settles back onto the floor, this is normal behavior and no action is required.
3. If it happens in a slope or transition area:
Place the cleaner back on a flat shallow section of the pool and restart it.
Then observe again under flat-surface conditions to confirm normal operation.
If the issue continues (repeated floating or cannot sink), please provide:
1. A short video showing the robot’s behavior
2. A clear image of your pool layout
