Troubleshooting Tips:
1. If the robot is NOT moving:
a. Low Battery:
Make sure the robot is fully charged before use.
b. Sleep Mode:
Check whether the cleaning settings were properly saved before placing the robot into the water. After setup, the robot must be placed into the pool within 3 minutes, otherwise it will automatically enter sleep mode.
c. Impeller, Tracks & Roller Brush:
Turn off the robot and inspect the impeller, tracks, and roller brush for debris, blockage, or wear. Clean any obstruction before restarting the cleaner.
2. If the robot is moving but not picking up debris:
a. Blocked Water Inlet & Clogged Filter:
Clear any blockage from the water inlet and clean the filter thoroughly. Fine debris may clog the filter and restrict water flow, which can significantly reduce suction performance.
