The Pool Cleaner is designed to operate underwater, but Wi-Fi signals do not transmit effectively through water. When the cleaner is fully submerged, the Wi-Fi connection may become weak or disconnect.
For the best experience, we recommend:
1. Set the cleaning mode and other settings in the App before placing the Pool Cleaner into the pool.
2. Once the cleaning cycle starts, allow the Pool Cleaner to complete its cleaning cycle.
3. After cleaning, follow the normal retrieval procedure to take the Pool Cleaner out of the pool.
