Troubleshooting Tips
1. The Pool Cleaner is operating underwater
When the Pool Cleaner is submerged, it may not be able to maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection because Wi-Fi signals do not transmit effectively through water. As a result, the App may show the device as “Offline.”
2. If the Pool Cleaner is not underwater, please check the Wi-Fi connection:
Step 1: Place the Pool Cleaner in an area with a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal.
Step 2: Restart the Pool Cleaner. Slide the power switch OFF, wait a few seconds, and then turn it ON again to restart the Pool Cleaner.
Step 3: After restarting, check how quickly the Pool Cleaner reconnects to the App.
Reconnects within 10 seconds: The Pool Cleaner is functioning normally. The previous “Offline” status was likely caused by a weak or unstable Wi-Fi signal around the pool. After the Pool Cleaner is removed from the water, it may also take some time to reconnect, especially when the poolside Wi-Fi signal is weak.
Does not reconnect within 10 seconds: The issue may require further investigation.
