Troubleshooting tips:
1. Overloaded Filter Basket
If the filter basket is full, water may bypass it, allowing debris to leak back into the pool. Please empty the basket.
2. Incorrectly Installed or Damaged Filter
If the filter is not inserted properly, or if there are tears/holes, debris can escape. Check for correct installation and inspect for damage.
3. Debris are Small or Sticky
Fine sand or clumps of algae may be too small for the filter to contain, causing leaks.
Please install the 60μm filter layer for fine debris cleaning.
If the issue persists or you need a replacement/upgrade for a finer filter. Please provide:
1. A photo showing the debris leaking
2. A photo of the filter basket and your shipping address (for replacement or upgrade; charges may apply depending on your warranty)
