1. If the switch is difficult to operate with your finger:
a. You may use a small tool or wrap a cloth around the switch to increase friction and make it easier to turn.
b. If the switch is wet, please wipe it completely dry before operating it
c. For long-term storage, you may turn off the bottom switch. For daily use, it is sufficient to turn off the touchscreen power button only.
2. If the switch feels stuck or won’t turn:
a. Over time, mud, fine sand, or small debris may accumulate around the switch mechanism.
b. Inspect the area around the switch to see if anything is trapped inside.
c. Gently remove any debris and try operating the switch again.
