Troubleshooting tips:
1. Overloaded Filter: A full or clogged filter can affect the robot’s balance and movement, so please clean it.
2. Insufficient Water Level: In shallow areas, the self-righting function may not work properly. Please ensure a minimum water depth of 40 cm (1.3 ft) on the shallow platform for optimal performance.
3. Pool Structure (Curved walls or stairs): When the robot climbs curved walls or steps, the tracks may not fully attach to the surface, which can sometimes cause it to flip over.
4. Waterline Alignment: If the waterline is too close to the pool coping, the robot may not have enough space to climb and scrub the waterline properly, which can lead to flipping.
You can check for OTA updates in the app to ensure the latest performance improvements for your pool conditions.
If the issue continues, please provide:
1. A photo or short video showing the robot’s behavior
2. A clear image of your pool layout and circle the area when flip happens
