Troubleshooting tips:
1. If the robot shows an error code, please restart the robot first and check whether the issue is resolved.
2. Mode Setting: Make sure the cleaner is in “Wall” mode and not in “Floor Only” mode.
3. Battery Level: Low battery (<30%) restricts the cleaner to floor mode.
4. Tracks, Roller & Impeller: Inspect the tracks, roller brush, and impeller for debris, blockage, or wear (visual inspection only; disassembly is not required). Also make sure the charging port cover is fully inserted and properly sealed.
If all the above settings and conditions are correct, please try the following steps:
1. Clean the filter thoroughly: Rinse the filter basket from the outside toward the inside (If available, use a high-pressure water hose for thorough cleaning).
2. Check the fine filter layer: If you are using the dual-layer filter, it may clog more easily under heavy debris conditions. You may remove it and use only the 180μm filter basket unless fine particle cleaning is required.
Note: If your pool contains heavy debris or excessive algae, we recommend cleaning the floor first before running wall mode to reduce filter blockage.
3. Enable Turbo Mode: Turn on Turbo Mode to increase suction power and improve wall-climbing performance.
4. Check firmware updates: Certain sloped or curved wall designs may affect climbing performance. You can also check for OTA updates in the app to ensure the latest performance optimization for your pool conditions.
If the issue continues, please provide:
1. A short video showing the robot’s behavior
2. A clear image of your pool layout
3. A clear image of robot mode setting
4. A screenshot of the robot firmware version in the app
5. Whether the robot fails to climb all walls or only specific areas of the pool
