Troubleshooting:
- Check whether the robot cannot power on due to a low battery.
If the robot has not been used for an extended period, charge it for at least 3 hours longer than the expected charging time before trying to power it on again. - Remove the filter basket and restart the robot using the power switch inside the unit.
If the issue persists, please collect the following information:
- A video showing the power-on operation.
- Did the robot fail to power on during the first use, or how long had it been since the robot was last powered on and used?
