Troubleshooting Tips
1. Filter Basket Is Overloaded
If the filter basket is full, water may bypass the filter and carry debris back into the pool.
Remove the filter basket and empty it. Rinse the filter thoroughly before reinstalling it.
2. Filter Is Incorrectly Installed or Damaged
If the filter is not installed correctly, or if the filter has tears, holes, or other damage, debris may escape.
Make sure the filter basket is properly installed and securely seated.
Inspect the filter for any damage and replace it if necessary.
3. Fine or Sticky Debris
Very fine debris, such as fine sand or algae, may be difficult for the standard filter to retain.
If the issue continues, please provide:
1. A photo showing the debris leaking from the Pool Cleaner.
2. Or a short video showing the Pool Cleaner while the debris is leaking.
