Battery life can vary depending on the power level you select. The higher the power level, the more energy the Swim Jet X draws, and the shorter the operating time will be. You can find the expected operating time for each power level in the user manual.
If your actual runtime is shorter than the expected runtime by more than 30 minutes, please provide:
- The mode you selected
- Your usage duration

How can I extend my usage time?
You can purchase an additional spare power box for extended usage time.
Once the first power box is depleted, remove it, replace it with the second power box, and continue using the device while the first power box charges separately.
By alternating between the two power boxes—using one while the other is charging—you can significantly extend the operating time of the Swim Jet X Series.
What should I avoid?
To protect the battery and extend its service life, please do not charge the power box while it is in use or charge and operate the Swim Jet X at the same time. Charging during use puts extra stress on the battery and can significantly accelerate battery wear.
