Troubleshooting tips:
1. Low Battery: The robot will shut down if the battery is low. Test after recharging it.
2. Error Alert: Restart the robot first and check whether the issue is resolved.
3. Stops After a Few Minutes:
a. Stops in shallow areas
- If the water depth is below 40 cm (1.3 ft), the robot may not be able to return to deeper areas properly.
b. Stops in deep areas
- Complex pool layouts, such as steep slopes, inclined walls, curved transitions, or obstacles, may affect the robot’s normal navigation path and cause it to stop unexpectedly.
c. Stops Near a Drain
- Turn off the pool filtration system while cleaning.
For above issues, you can check for OTA firmware updates in the app, as software improvements may improve compatibility with different pool layouts.
If the issue continues, please provide:
1. A photo or short video showing the robot’s behavior and the location where it stops.
2. A clear image of your pool layout.
