1. Cleaning Mode: Using Full coverage modes consumes more power.
2. Filter Maintenance: A clogged filter makes the robot work harder. Clean it regularly.
3. Large pools or pools with complex layouts, slopes, ledges, stairs, or obstacles may require longer cleaning paths and additional maneuvering, which can increase battery consumption.
4. Water Temperature: Cold water (<59°F / 15°C) can reduce battery performance.
5. Battery Aging: Over time, batteries gradually lose capacity.
If the issue persists, please provide:
1. Your pool size (length × width).
2. A clear photo of your pool layout.
3. After cleaning the filter and fully charging the robot, run a test using Floor Only Mode and provide the actual runtime observed.
4. Your usual cleaning mode settings and the runtime you expect per charge in that mode.
