The Swim Jet X Series is compatible with most in-ground and above-ground pools. However, inflatable pools are not supported. A vertical pool wall is recommended to help achieve stable and standard installation performance.
For proper installation and operation, the pool should meet the following requirements:
A. The distance from the Swim Jet installation location to the opposite pool wall should be greater than 4 m (13 ft).
B. The depth from the waterline to the pool bottom (or to the bench if installing on a pool bench) — should be greater than 77 cm (30 in).
C. The pool coping overhang should be less than 10 cm (4 in).
D. The freeboard distance (distance between the coping top and water surface) should be less than 40.6 cm (16 in).
