The Pool Cleaner M1-AI operates underwater, but Wi-Fi signals do not transmit effectively through water. As a result, the connection may weaken or cannot main a connection when the device is fully submerged—this is expected behavior, not a malfunction.
For the best experience, we recommend:
1. Selecting your cleaning mode in the app before placing the cleaner into the pool.
2. Allowing the cleaner to complete its cycle, after which it will automatically park near the pool edge for easy retrieval.
