If the pool cleaner is operating underwater, it will show as “Offline” in the app because it cannot maintain a stable Wi-Fi connection while submerged. This is normal behavior and does not indicate a malfunction.
If the cleaner is not currently in operation and still shows “Offline,” please try deleting the paired device in the app and pairing it again. In some cases, especially after a firmware upgrade, the device may need to be re-paired to restore normal connectivity.
