The Pool Cleaner M1-AI is primarily designed for daily maintenance cleaning rather than extremely heavy initial cleanup.
During spring opening or after long periods without cleaning, pools may contain large amounts of algae, dust, leaves, and fine debris. In these conditions, the filter can become clogged quickly, which may reduce suction power and affect wall-climbing performance.
For the best cleaning results, we recommend the following process:
1. First, run your pool pump and filtration system to remove heavy contamination and improve overall water conditions.
2. Then use the Pool Cleaner in Floor Only mode first to clean the pool bottom before attempting wall cleaning. After the floor is cleaned, switch to Wall mode to clean the walls and waterline more effectively.
3. While cleaning a dirty pool, it is recommended to remove the 60µm fine filter layer and use only the 150µm filter basket, since the 60µm filter is designed for fine particles and may clog more easily under heavy debris conditions, which can reduce suction and climbing performance.
Once the pool condition is improved, the cleaner will work more effectively for routine maintenance and help keep the pool clean on a daily basis.
